Rocco Moro is a TIC industry expert with over 22 years in the testing, inspection and certification arena. As President and CEO of Falcon Strategy LLC, Rocco provides Merger & Acquisition, Strategy and Executive Consulting to major players in the global TIC business. The early days of Rocco’s career were focused on hurricane resistance testing and certification of building products in Miami, following the devastation Hurricane Andrew wrought in 1992. Rocco then designed and developed hurricane resistance certification programs for Intertek in Madison, WI, earning a Dade County accreditation under the Warnock Hersey certification banner.
Having held many progressive leadership positions in multiple industry disciplines over the following decade, Rocco earned his testing and certification chops in areas including medical devices, consumer electronics, semiconductors, information technology, aerospace, electrical/electronic and renewable energy industries, among others. Having joined Exova in 2012 as Executive Vice President, Rocco led their Americas Aerospace Division to new heights of growth, market share and customer satisfaction.
In addition to founding Falcon Strategy, Rocco is currently Chief Operating Officer of Triconic. Rocco has an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and a B.S. in Engineering (Aerospace) from Colorado State University. Rocco currently resides in Colorado Springs, CO.
